What is patient satisfaction survey form?
It is an online survey system giving a healthcare provider (like hospitals) the chance to have their doctors, nurses and staff evaluated by their patient. It includes the questionnaire in different languages and graphical statistics about the results.

• Every community member can only take the survey for his hospital and doctors
• Every community member can take the survey only ONCE for his hospital and doctors, to make sure the results are true. (e.g. once every 3 months)
• After the survey is finished each hospital and doctors gets his graphical statistic so he/she sees what the patients think about him. He also gets feedback on how he compares to the average of the doctors in his hospital/specialty/country.
• The vote is anonymous. Once a patient finishes a survey his answers cannot be traced back to him. This is to take away the fear of consequences for unwelcome but true answers.

• get feedback from their patients and improve their service skills.
• help authorities to assess quality in hospitals.
• help patients to cope with unqualified doctors.
• define a standard for doctors survey.

1. I am a doctor or hospital incharge. Why should my clinic or hospital use the survey?
   
   • Because you want feedback from your patients, so that you can improve your services!
     Survey offers a fast, easy and secure way to get feedback from all patients. The results can be filtered, compared to the average of all doctors in a hospital / specialty /country /world, depending on how many hospitals there are in the database.
   •  Because you want to benchmark the professionality of your doctors with other hospitals. This is interesting in countries where patients can choose where to go to hospital. Good patients will choose good hospitals with good doctors.
   •  Because you have doctors with tenure that exploit their position (->they don't work anymore). If you confront them with the staggering result of a wide spread survey they might change, otherwise you would have a tool that might help get this teacher removed from his job.
2. I am a patient. Why should my clinic/ hospital use the survey?
• Because you want to reward good doctors.
• Because you want to pass on experience other patients.
• Because you want to tell a doctor, who can not cope with criticism, your opinion without having to fear consequences.
• Because you finally want a feedback system which is long known in the cooperate world (Quality Management!)
